女性杜氏の辻麻衣子さんが醸す「御前酒」は、「コクがあって、なおかつキレのよい酒」を引き継ぎながらも、さらに「なめらかさ」を求めて若い蔵人と共に日々研究に努めています。商品名は、1859年、岡山の地で「雄町」の歴史が始まったことに由来しています。雄町らしい力強いコクをお楽しみください!
From Okayama Prefecture, Tsuji Brewery, which exclusively uses Omachi rice, is a renowned sake brewery. Maioko Tsuji, a female toji (master brewer), is dedicated to brewing ‘Gozenshu’ sake. She inherits the tradition of crafting ‘a sake with richness and crispness’ and tirelessly collaborates with young brewers to achieve even greater ‘smoothness’.
